Shipping & Processing time

Itzelle Collection has a processing time of 1-2 business days for all orders. Please trust that we always do our best to fulfill your orders as soon as possible!

Orders are dispatched 2 business days after the order is placed. All packages are shipped through USPS priority mail and take around 3-5 business days to deliver, depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to the email you provided once the order has shipped.

return & exchange policy

We want you to love your Itzelle Collection avarcas as much as we do!

However, if for some reason you aren’t 100% satisfied -  and we mean in love, giddy with excitement over your new avarcas kind of satisfied - and want to obtain a refund, we will happily provide a full refund of the order for return inquiries made within 7 days of receiving your items. We accept a return on products that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Original shipping is non-refundable.

For any inquiries made after the 7th day of receiving your items, Itzelle Collection is happy to offer an exchange or credit note for the items purchased. To be eligible, all exchange inquiries must be made within 30 days of the original date of purchase.  We accept exchanges on products that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damage. Original shipping is non-refundable.

All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless goods have a manufacturing defect.

When it comes to returns or exchange, we operate a “fair and reasonable” policy. All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure the highest level of quality of our Itzelle Collection Avarcas.  Items that are sent back to us for returns or exchanges will be subject to the same quality inspection before they are accepted for a return or exchange.

Please note, any sandals returned with a foot or sweat mark on the leather sole of the avarcas will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return or exchange the item, unless goods have a manufacturing defect. The item must be returned in its original packaging, shoe box in perfect condition including all original tags, and shipped within 7 days after starting the return or exchange process.

Return labels can be created upon request and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Once the return or exchange is initiated the return address and further details will be provided.  

Refund Process
Refunds may take up to 5 business day to be processed.

Approved Returns
Once we receive,  inspect the returned goods, and deem it eligible for return, we will notify you via email and share the status of your refund. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used at purchase.

Approved Exchange
Once we receive,  inspect the returned goods, and deem it eligible for exchange, we will issue you a credit note equivalent to the price you paid for the product. Original shipping charges not included. The credit not can be used at check out on our online website.

Gifts
If you received this item as a gift and do not have the original method of payment, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.

Insurance policy

Itzelle Collection avarcas are handmade with love and care on the small island of Menorca by our team of artisans. We are detailed oriented and strive to deliver the highest quality in our durable leather sandals. However, if for any reason, your Itzelle Collection avarcas have a manufacturing defect, we will happily exchange or return your avarcas free of charge.

All exchanges or returns initiated due to a manufacturing defect must be processed within 3 days of receiving your shipped goods.

Manufacturing defect is a defect in the product that was not intended. This kind of defect occurs when a product departs from its intended design.
